Due to my chronic whiplash injuries I am susceptible to back pain and tension. With my life involving a lot of traveling, the usual stresses and a lot of manual work, on top of my injury, I need to keep on top of my spine health. 

Using the best of my physiotherapy knowledge, yoga and pilates moves I have developed a spine stretch routine that keeps me my aches, pains and tensions away. 

I would like to share this routine with you all to help keep you feeling loose and relaxed.
