We create an organic and nurturing environment for you to relax, recharge, switch off from daily stress and strain of life. Stepping in to your power to redirect your attention to what you truly want and move forwards towards your dreams.

What you can expect

Delve in to activities at your leisure, taking part in as much or as little as you like. From yoga to Pilates, nature hikes to pampering, cooking workshops to creative art workshops, there is something for everyone. Nurturing body and mind.

Our time table will be perfectly balanced between exciting activities and personal time to relax, dip in the pool and catch up on 'me time'. You are invited to try everything, however, extra personal time and long lies are also supported.

Where you will be staying

Your villa is nestled amongst a fragrant pine forest in the beautiful North of Ibiza, a peaceful and tranquil sanctuary.

This organic and nurturing home has gardens to explore, meditative spaces to switch off, Baili style huts to relax and a beautiful pool to dip in and refresh.

The food you will be eating

Enjoy this altogether different approach to retreat cookery. Food is fuel. You will learn good, natural and wholesome foods to be used to make your mind expand and your body burst with energy and vitality. We cater to your specific needs from vegetarians, vegans to the fish lovers.

Think tasting menus, cooking workshops, fresh and quality ingredients,  super smoothies, healthy processed sugar free treats and wine with onsite sommelier.

Your friendly private chef will provide you with delicious food from a variety of fresh sources, full of colour and nutrients. You will receive breakfast with an accompanying smoothie, lunch, snack and dinner. All cooked with love.

No restrictions. Your body and mind will be in perfect balance.

You will also be treated to a meal out at Ibiza famous Passion café. Situated on the idyllic promenade, it faces out to the Mediterranean sea. They specialise in delivering fresh and healthy foods, supplied by local organic farms.

Step away from the party scene and find the most beautiful and breath-taking Mediterranean paradise. Together we will discover an island of turquoise waters, hidden coves, pine tree forests, the magical Es Vedra filled with magnetic power and explore Ibiza's best kept secrets.  

Yoga and Pilates

Our yoga and Pilates classes are adapted to suit individual needs. From beginners to the more experienced, we have challenges suitable for all.

You will learn the balance between strength and flexibility, setting personal goals, how to bring your focus inwards and how to engage your core muscles.

You will have the opportunity to experience a mixture of class styles from body nurturing , relaxation, yin and playful flow classes. Learning how to honor our body exactly as it is on each day. All styles leaving you feeling relaxed but energised, zen and ready to take on the world.

The combination of yoga and Pilates is ideal to improve mindful movements with the breath, improve strength, improve flexibility and improve general wellbeing.

Louise Cameron (Host and yoga teacher)

Physiotherapist and yoga teacher Louise Cameron combines her scientific training and experience with her yoga training in India to guide you to reach your body and minds full potential. 

Her ethos in yoga is to learn to honor and embrace your body on each new day, exactly as it is. "It is only the mind that thinks the body should be a certain way or achieve a special yoga posture. When we learn to silence the mind we can lovingly accept our body as it is. From this loving awareness and acceptance comes the powerful transformation" Louise Cameron 

The classes will be designed to firstly empower you with knowledge of how to safely explore and adapt the postures to your unique body. 

Louise will then take you through a nourishing class with different variations, making it suitable for all levels of experience. She is always on hand to give personal adjustments and modifications to suit your needs. 

At the end of class drift away in to a blissful guided meditation in shavasana.  

Sophia Rose (Pilates and water barre)

Sophia is an ex-professional dancer and fitness professional based in London. Sophia originally fell in love with Pilates at age 16 whilst training at the Central School of Ballet, where she practiced daily sessions as part of her body conditioning program. Sophia completed her matwork, equipment, and pre/post natal Pilates teaching qualifications with Body Control Pilates. Sophia is a Level 3 certified Personal Trainer having completed her certification with TRAIN Fitness.

Cultivate your mind

With your body feeling like a temple, let's not forget your mind. Learn how to focus and calm your mind during meditation classes; bring out your inner child and creative side during art activities; our mindfulness workshops will teach you how to respect your time, embrace the present moment and prioritise your happiness; setting clearly defined personal and professional goals to connect with your true life's purpose

Useful information

  • Check in 26th May 2018 at 4:30 pm with snack, yoga class and dinner provided. 
  • Check out 02nd June 2018 at 10:30 am with yoga class and breakfast provided.
  • Airport transfers will be arranged to suit your flights.
  • If you arrive earlier than check in or leave later than check out, a member of our team can meet you and help organise activities or beach days.
  • To secure your place a non refundable 20% deposit is required. You can pay the remaining balance in manageable  monthly payments. All we ask is that the payment is paid in full by the 25th June 2017.
